Refund Policy
The refund policy is based on scheduled hours of attendance for students who have begun classes using the last day of attendance as the withdrawal or termination date.

All textbooks, educational material and tool kits once received by the student are not returnable and become the property of the student. Students will be billed for these items.
Any student not accepted will forfeit the $50.00 application fee.
If accepted, a student or parent/ legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor dependant student may cancel the enrollment agreement if done in writing and postmarked up to three business days of the signing and forfeit only the $50.00 application fee, regardless if classes have started. Students who withdraw in writing after three days of signing, but prior to the start of class, will forfeit the $50.00 application fee and the $200.00 enrollment fee. In the event TEACH cancels the class prior to its beginning, all money will be refunded. If for any reason TEACH cancels a class that is in progress, or if the school closes, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund. A full refund or completion of the program will be provided if the program is cancelled subsequent to a student's enrollment and a pro-rata refund will be given if the school closes. Any student who withdraws or is terminated shall be subject to the refund schedule stated above. Money owed to a student shall be paid within 30 days of such occurrences. A student not attending for 30 consecutive calendar days shall be considered withdrawn. If a student on a leave of absence withdraws the date of withdrawal shall be the earlier of the expiration of the leave of absence or the date the student notifies TEACH they will not return. TEACH will take mitigating circumstances into consideration.
Students that exceed their contract ending date will be charged $10.00 for each additional educational hour, to be paid in advance monthly, on the first school day of each month.
Any and all requests for cancellations must be in writing and submitted to The European Academy of Cosemetology and Hairdressing.
