TEACH Hairdressing Academy offers a comprehensive, progressive education to anyone interested in a career in hairdressing and cosmetology. New classes begin the first of every other month. You can apply at any point during the year.

Admission Requirements
Our Admissions Policy states that each applicant must provide a copy of a high school diploma or certification of high school equivalency (G.E.D.).

As part of its Admissions Policy, we requires proof of age, demonstrating that the applicant is at least 16 years old. 

TEACH Hairdressing Academy has a training agreement with the State of Connecticut Workers Compensation Commission,and Workforce Alliance.

 

Admissions Policy
All applicants are given a personal interview to determine interest, desire, and ability to benefit from our training.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be above the age of compulsory education, 16 years old (photo I.D. required).
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma, G.E.D.(documentation required).
  • TEACH Hairdressing Academy does accept transfer students. Students will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if part or all of the hours and/or grades earned at another school will be accepted. Teach does not initiate contact with applicants or students at any other school.
